On this page you will find everything you need to know about the shipping and delivery of your package. If you have placed an order, we will always keep you informed of the shipping status of your package by email. You can also view this on your personal account page.



The shipment of your order

When completing your order, you can find the available shipping methods in the shopping cart. These change when you select a different country. You can often choose to have your order delivered to your home or to pick it up at a pick up point. It is possible to enter a different delivery address in the shopping cart, for example, to have your order delivered to your work. If your order does not fit through the letterbox, you must be at home to accept the package.

Track your package
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code. With this you can track your package yourself. You will also find your Track & Trace code on your order status page.


Shipping costs

We ship orders free of charge to other countries within the European Union. The table below shows you the shipping costs of your order to countries outside the European Union.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    We will always keep you informed about the status of your order by email. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as we ship it. With this, you can check when your package will be delivered on the website of the parcel service. This works for both home delivery and collection from a pick up point. Check out our page on delivery times for more information.

  • By which delivery service will my order be delivered?

    We are in close cooperation with UPS in order to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible, with the best service. Check out our page on our partners for more information.

  • What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a message. This message will tell you what you can do now, where you can pick up your parcel, or when it will be offered again. This information can also be found with your Track & Trace code.

  • How can I change the delivery address on my order?

    Did you order but make a mistake when filling in your address? Or would you like the order to be delivered somewhere else? Don't worry, you can change the address. First check your order status page to see whether the order has already been shipped by us.

    Has your order not been shipped yet?
    Please contact our customer service. We can change the address in our system so that the package is sent to the correct address.

    Has your order already been shipped?
    Then we are no longer able to change the delivery address. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace code. Use this code to see if you can change the address with the parcel service, possibly after the first delivery attempt.

  • I am ordering from abroad. Do you refund import duties and VAT?

    Yes, for private customers we pay the import duties and VAT, this is incorporated in the price you see on the website when you select the country of dispatch. This also applies to customers ordering from countries outside the EU. So you do not have to pay these at the door to the deliverer of your package.

    Gomibo will reimburse these costs for all countries from the list of countries above under the question 'Which countries does Gomibo ship to?'
